Job summary

Toyota Tsusho America seeks a seasoned business analyst to lead end-to-end analysis for cross-functional initiatives, partnering with PMO, IT, and business stakeholders. You will define requirements, improve processes, and deliver actionable insights to inform prioritization and planning.

You will build dashboards and models (Power BI/Tableau + SQL) to monitor performance and opportunities, supporting governance and, where needed, ERP/CRM enhancements and integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Analytics, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, operations, consulting, or product/solution delivery; ability to translate needs into measurable outcomes.
• Exposure to manufacturing, logistics, trading, finance, or energy sectors; experience with ERP/CRM platforms (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, MS Dynamics, Salesforce).
• Preferred Certifications: CBAP/CCBA, PMI-PBA, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, or Agile (Scrum/SAFe).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end business analysis for initiatives; partner with PMO, IT, and stakeholders to define requirements and deliver insights.
• Support governance with approvals, tollgates, and KPI reporting; drive process improvements and standardized reporting.
• Build dashboards and models (Power BI/Tableau + SQL) to monitor performance, risks, and opportunities; create cost/benefit analyses.
• Plan releases with IT/PMO; manage backlogs and priorities in Agile or hybrid environments; support UAT and change management.
• Contribute to ERP/CRM enhancements, integrations, and reporting requirements.
