Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Technology, or a related field preferred.
• Strong collaboration, customer focus, and innovative thinking with analytical, problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and shift focus as needs change.
• Experience with relational databases, writing and executing basic SQL queries, and familiarity with JSON.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of business applications, workflows, and constraints to elicit clear requirements.
• Partner with stakeholders and technical teams to identify process improvements and drive efficiencies.
• Conduct data analysis to support requirements gathering and defect resolution.
• Support rollout of new products and enhancements using configuration utilities and SQL scripts.
• Triaging root causes of defects and ensuring system designs meet business needs.
• Create proofs of concept and collaborate with product owners on complex projects.
• Serve as primary contact on how products and technology support business processes and maintain production changes.
• Support testing and post-deployment verification, and develop documentation and training materials.
