Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, IT, analytics, or related field.
• 5-7 years in business analysis, data analytics, automation, AI initiatives, or related roles.
• Experience mentoring analysts and leading multi-team programs.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end discovery and requirements for large, complex initiatives.
• Structure ambiguous problems into a clear analysis plan with decisions and deliverables.
• Produce requirements artifacts including user stories, processes, and data mappings.
• Anticipate impacts, integration needs, and dependencies before delivery.
