• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to independently manage projects and navigate ambiguity with limited direction.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders and technology teams to identify and solve business challenges.

• Support enterprise initiatives involving SharePoint migration, AI adoption, automation opportunities, and system enhancements.
• Evaluate business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple locations and time zones to ensure project success.
• Contribute to strategic decision-making by providing analysis, recommendations, and business insights.
