Yoh, a Day & Zimmermann company, seeks a Senior Business Analyst focused on Data & Analytics initiatives. The role is a 24-month contract located in Audubon, PA with hybrid work (onsite Tue-Thu). Pay rate $54.61–$66.37 hourly on W2.

Responsibilities include documenting requirements and serving as a liaison between client and project teams. Preferred candidates have strong BA skills, experience with JIRA/Confluence, IIBA certification, and MS 365 collaboration tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in BA for data and analytics initiatives in Agile and Waterfall environments.
• Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills.
• Experience acting as a liaison between clients and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, review and document current structure and use cases of the application or process.
• Serve as a business liaison between clients and project teams to understand user interaction.
• Assist project manager in understanding information gathered about user experience.
• Assist clients in developing requirements for future use cases.
• Manage change requests to completion.
• Track required tasks through completion.
