A staffing agency is seeking a Business Analyst III for a contract role based in Pennsylvania. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing business process requirements, ensuring client satisfaction, and collaborating with project teams. Ideal applicants will possess strong analysis and documentation skills, with experience in leading tasks to completion. This position offers a hybrid working model with competitive hourly pay rates ranging from $54.61 to $66.37, along with various benefits for those working over 20 hours per week.

Business Analyst III needed for a contract opportunity with our client located in Pennsylvania.

Job Details

Duration: 24 months contract potential extension W2
Start date: March 2026 subject to change
Location: Hybrid - as needed basis in Audubon PA or Remote
Hourly pay rate: $54.61-$66.37

Client is not able to do sponsorship of visa or C2C.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of the business functions and processes.
• Document, review and update business process requirements based on client’s feedback.
• Ensure appropriate levels of controls are applied to work efforts, including security requirements and effective business solutions.
• Serve as a business liaison between client and project teams.
• Establish, monitor and maintain high client satisfaction levels.
• Document and track problems in client business systems or processes to provide recommendations for future efficiencies.
• Analyze, review, and document current structure and use cases of the application or process; analyze and document current application dependencies.
• Assist business clients in developing requirements for future use cases.
• Assist team in getting the current deliverable in a timely manner; jump in and assist where needed to accomplish tasks.
• Track required tasks through completion.
• Develop/update existing materials and support the team in understanding of requirements or training materials.
• Develop process flows as needed.
• Strong communication skills in working with a team and providing timely updates to project manager.

• Excellent requirements gathering skills and experience.
• Listening to customers and understanding their current processes and needs; experience in process design and/or documentation; experience using Visio or equivalent process mapping solutions.
• Ability to work independently, with minimum supervision; can manage workload and priorities.
• Experience in developing business analysis deliverables like requirements document, As-Is and To-Be process diagrams, use cases, traceability matrix, data dictionary, business rules, meeting notes, etc.
• Experience working on cross-functional teams, on projects in a matrixed environment.
• Experience working with business and technical staffs to define, document, and track software requirements and design; can manage difficult stakeholders.
• Skilled at documentation best practices such as using revision history/version control/requirement unique identifier.
• Willing to learn new things and share knowledge with others; proactive; resourceful.
• B.S. degree in computer science, management information systems, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• Experience working on a third party implementation.
• Experience with Governance, Risk, and Compliance Tools (e.g., Archer, AssurX).
• Analytical abilities to compile, structure, examine and present substantial data sets with precision.
• Experience using JIRA and Confluence.
• IIBA certification.

Estimated Min Rate: $54.61

Estimated Max Rate: $66.37
