Job summary

YOH Services LLC is seeking a Business Analyst for a 12-month contract in the Audubon, PA area. The role focuses on documenting current-state processes, gathering requirements, and aligning business needs with project teams to drive initiatives forward.

The position requires a BS degree with 15 years of experience, strong requirements gathering, and excellent communication. Hybrid onsite support is required, with standard benefits and an emphasis on accuracy and process improvement.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in computer science, management information systems, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
• 15 years of relevant experience
• Energetic and solution-driven attitude
• Detail oriented
• Ability to lead assigned tasks to completion
• Excellent requirements gathering skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Experience on crossfunctional teams in a matrixed environment
• Experience defining, documenting, and tracking software requirements and design
• Recent roles showing increasing responsibility as BA in agile environments
• Familiarity with Agile methodology
• Familiarity with revision history/version control
• Experience using JIRA and Confluence

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of the business functions and processes
• Document, review and update business process requirements based on team members' and client's feedback
• Serve as a business liaison between clients and project teams to understand user interaction
• Establish, monitor and maintain high client satisfaction levels
• Document and track problems to provide recommendations for future efficiencies
• Assist project manager with schedule and coordination of team work toward milestones
• Strong communication with team and timely updates to the project manager
• Assist with testing and deployments as needed
• Develop/update/deliver training materials for end users
