Yoh is seeking a Senior Business Analyst (BA III) to lead data and analytics initiatives for a client project in Audubon, PA. The role is a 24-month contract with hybrid work (onsite Tue–Thu, 3 days/week) and a W2 pay model.

The candidate will act as a liaison between the client and project teams, driving requirements, process improvements, and solution delivery. Strong BA experience in Agile and waterfall environments is required, with proficiency in process mapping, documentation, and

• Experience delivering BA artifacts (BRD, AS-IS/TO-BE, use cases, traceability)
• Experience with cross-functional teams in matrixed environments

Responsibilities

• Analyze current structure and use cases; document dependencies
• Serve as business liaison between clients and project teams
• Assist PM in understanding user experience and requirements
• Develop requirements for future use cases
• Manage change requests to completion; track tasks through to delivery
• Develop/update training materials and process flows
• Communicate progress clearly to project managers
