Job summary
Randstad USA seeks an experienced Business Analyst contractor to support delivery and enhancement of digital solutions. You will embed with a cross-functional product team, partnering with Product Owners, stakeholders, tech, UX/design, QA, and vendors to translate business needs into actionable requirements.

Qualifications
- Hands-on requirements gathering experience.
- Experience facilitating discovery sessions and workshops.
- Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements.
- Experience with agile and/or waterfall delivery.
- Knowledge of cross-functional collaboration in product teams.
Responsibilities
- Elicit, analyze, document, and clarify business and functional requirements.
- Translate business needs into technical and functional requirements for delivery teams.
- Lead discovery sessions and requirements workshops with stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies and communicate them clearly.
- Support testing, deployment, and production support activities.
