• 5+ years of business analysis experience supporting enterprise technology solutions.
• Proven ability to manage requirements across complex systems with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong experience eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business and technical requirements.
• Experience working in Agile environments and with SDLC practices.
• Ability to create process models, workflows, use cases, and business requirement documentation.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build alignment across teams.
• Confidence influencing decisions and driving consensus in a collaborative setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions and requirements workshops with business and technology partners.
• Gather, analyze, document, and manage functional and non-functional requirements for complex initiatives.
• Translate business needs into user stories, process flows, business rules, and technical requirements.
• Assess how changes affect related applications, integrations, and downstream users.
• Document current and future business processes and identify opportunities for efficiency and automation.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, product owners, and subject matter experts to support solution design.
• Support enhancements and modernization efforts for commercial real estate lending platforms and related applications.
• Analyze deal intake, underwriting, approval workflows, covenant management, document handling, and portfolio oversight processes.
• Develop data mapping and source-to-target requirements for system integrations.
• Help define testing strategies, coordinate user acceptance testing, and support release readiness activities.

• Exposure to Moody's CreditLens or similar commercial credit platforms.
• Understanding of CRE origination, underwriting, approval, and portfolio management processes.
• Experience with data mapping, integrations, and enterprise data platforms.
• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and process modeling tools.
• Working knowledge of banking regulatory, risk, and compliance requirements.
• Experience supporting cloud-based or SaaS lending solutions.
