Job summary
Parexel is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to drive strategic improvements across clinical research operations. You will analyze complex processes, gather requirements, and design compliant solutions with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications
- 5–7 years of business analysis in clinical research or pharma.
- Led requirements gathering and process improvements.
- Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and workflows.
- Experience with clinical systems (EDC, CTMS, eTMF, etc.).
Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive analysis of business needs, processes, and workflows.
- Collect requirements from stakeholders at all levels and document clearly.
- Create use cases, user stories, and functional specs.
- Map current and design future state processes for efficiency and quality.
- Propose standardization and automation with cost-benefit analyses.
- Collaborate with tech teams to design solutions meeting requirements.
- Develop test plans and training materials for end users.
- Lead BA activities for medium to large projects with plans and timelines.
- Foster relationships with stakeholders and present findings.
- Mentor junior analysts and stay updated on regulatory changes.
