Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field; four years of relevant BA experience is acceptable.
• 4+ years of business analysis experience in health and human services programs.
• Experience eliciting requirements, documenting processes, and ensuring traceability.
• Knowledge of CCWIS, IV&V/PMO coordination is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to work in deadline-driven teams.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements for modernization workstreams.
• Document current and future-state processes, workflows, and use cases with clear specs.
• Facilitate sessions with stakeholders, vendors, and project leadership.
• Support traceability between objectives, design, testing, and go-live readiness.
• Coordinate with PMO/IV&V, technical teams, and business stakeholders on milestones and decisions.
• Prepare client-ready deliverables, status updates, and meeting notes.
