Job summary

Raas Infotek LTD is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to bridge business and technical teams across projects. You will gather requirements, document BRDs/FRDs, and drive user stories through Agile and Waterfall lifecycles.

Collaboration with product owners, developers, QA, and PMs will be essential to deliver strong solutions. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in business analysis, strong documentation skills, SQL/data analysis capability, and excellent stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role.
• Strong experience in requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation.
• Proficiency in BRD, FRD, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Visio, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of SQL and data analysis for validating business requirements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.

• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and JAD sessions.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and deliver effective technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in requirements gathering, functional documentation, Agile methodologies, and stakeholder management.
