Responsibilities

• Stakeholder liaison: act as the primary bridge between senior business partners, trading desks, functional support partners, and the development team.
• Requirements management: elicit, analyze, validate, and document business requirements for new features, complex deal models, and system enhancements.
• System support: provide subject matter expertise on Front Office, Regulatory, and Downstream systems to both business and technology teams.
• Communication: clearly and effectively communicate requirements, project status, and potential issues to all relevant parties.
• Process improvement: identify opportunities to improve processes and workflows, enabling the development team to operate more efficiently.
• Documentation: create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, and user stories.
