Job summary

Artifintech is seeking a Senior Business Analyst in California to lead requirements gathering, analyze processes, and translate needs into actionable specifications for AI-enabled projects. You will collaborate with product, architecture, and IT teams to define user stories and use cases, ensuring solutions meet business goals and compliance.

You'll drive design validation, testing plans, and stakeholder communications, mentor colleagues, and help steer cross-functional initiatives from concept

Qualifications

Minimum 8 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
Bachelor's Degree in business administration, computer science, engineering, or equivalent; Master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead requirements gathering from stakeholders using interviews, workshops and documentation review.
Translate requirements into functional specifications, user stories and use cases for IT projects.
Design, validate and coordinate AI-driven technology solutions with product, architects and developers.
Develop and execute test plans, test cases and scripts; support UAT and defects resolution.
Facilitate effective communication between business and IT teams and provide regular status updates.
