Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in business analysis or related field.
• Bachelor's Degree in business administration, computer science, engineering, or equivalent; Master's preferred.
• Experience driving innovative solutions using AI.
• Advanced analytical skills with a track record of driving analysis for new, innovative, disruptive products.
• Extensive experience guiding cross-functional teams in a high-technology environment.
• Advanced data analysis and visualization skills.
• Experience with various requirements gathering techniques (workshops, interviews, user stories, use cases).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for presenting complex information.
• Leadership and mentoring abilities; strategic thinking and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders using interviews, workshops, and documentation review; leverage AI-powered tools.
• Analyze business processes, workflows, and systems to identify improvements and AI/Agentic opportunities.
• Translate requirements into functional specs, user stories, and use cases for IT projects.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, developers, and IT teams to design and validate technology solutions.
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts; automate tests for regression where applicable.
• Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet expectations and quality standards.
• Facilitate defect triage and resolution with development teams to ensure timely releases.
• Serve as liaison between business and IT; report progress, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders.
