Job summary

Robotics Technologies LLC is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to gather requirements, analyze processes, and work with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver effective solutions. You will document BRDs, FRDs, and user stories, and ensure clarity across teams for successful implementation.

Responsibilities include facilitating stakeholder meetings, mapping processes, and supporting UAT and defect tracking. Proficiency in Jira/Confluence and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst gathering requirements and documenting them clearly.
• Knowledge of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with BRD, FRD, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Knowledge of Jira and Confluence for backlog and collaboration.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio for analysis and diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and functional specifications.

• Coordinate with development, QA, and project teams.
• Create process flows, use cases, and workflow diagrams.
• Support UAT, test case validation, and defect tracking.
• Track project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
