Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a product-focused Business Analyst/PM with experience in SaaS and B2B environments. You will analyze complex documents, conduct client discovery, and translate needs into PRDs and actionable user stories.

You’ll work with engineering and UX in an agile setting, prioritize backlogs, and help implement AI-enabled features while training customers and supporting deployment.

Qualifications

• Education as stated: Business Admin, Accounting, Economics, Public Administration, Finance, Engineering, Information Systems, or similar field.
• Experience as Product Manager, Product Owner, or Business Analyst with digital products (B2B/SaaS).
• Discovery experience: translate requirements into functional specs and PRDs/user stories.
• Familiarity with Scrum or Kanban and agile ceremonies and backlog management.
• Ability to read, interpret, and analyze complex documents like contracts and tenders.
• Intermediate SQL for data querying and validation.
• Hands-on with AI tools in daily work and interest in AI-enabled features.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience supporting software implementations and customer training.

Responsibilities

• Analyze terms of reference, tenders, contracts to identify requirements and risks.
• Conduct client discovery to map operational needs and validate assumptions.
• Identify AI opportunities to enhance product features and processes.
• Use SQL to query and validate data for product decisions.
• Create and maintain PRDs with clear objectives and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog with clear user stories.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and serve as business reference for engineering/UX.
• Present project context and validate deliverables with technical teams.
• Demonstrate new features via demos and release notes for customers and internal teams.
• Act as primary business contact for customer questions on system usage and reporting.
• Lead implementation and training sessions, on-site when required.
• Identify continuous improvements using emerging technologies and AI.
