Job summary

LGI Healthcare Solutions is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to translate business needs into functional HR and Payroll web solutions. You will collaborate with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, Developers, and customers across the agile lifecycle to deliver user‑centered features.

You will lead discovery sessions, define behaviors, write user stories with acceptance criteria, and ensure delivered functionality meets business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS/Business or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in business or functional analysis within a software development environment.
• Experience designing and delivering web-based solutions.
• Experience in Agile environments and writing user stories with acceptance criteria.
• IIBA CBAP/CCBA is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Managers and designers to refine requirements.
• Participate in Product Discovery and hypothesis validation.
• Modernize HR & Payroll web solutions through functional design.
• Define user journeys, business rules, and acceptance criteria.
• Translate designs into clear user stories and documentation.
• Support implementation and Customer Success during rollout.
• Lead discovery workshops and present solutions to stakeholders.
