Job summary

Qualco Group seeks a Senior Business Analyst to collaborate with clients on domestic and international public IT projects. You will lead requirements gathering, document processes, and translate business needs into technical specs. You’ll manage backlogs, participate in agile ceremonies, and support testing and training activities.

The role requires 8+ years in business analysis, expertise in cloud/AI/data analytics, and strong English communication in an international environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field.
• 8+ years in business analysis or related roles.
• Experience with cloud, AI and data analytics projects.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and align with project goals.
• Document business processes, KPIs, and requirements.
• Translate requirements to detailed technical specs for IT solutions.
• Manage product backlog and participate in agile ceremonies.
• Support user acceptance testing and training activities.
• Ensure alignment with data governance and Azure-based AI scope.
