Job summary

Claritev, a healthcare analytics leader in the US, seeks a seasoned Business Analyst to elicit and translate complex requirements into actionable specifications. You will lead cross-functional collaboration with Product, Architecture, UX, Development, and Testing to ensure solutions meet real customer needs and minimize defects.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, use of AI for analysis, and mentorship of junior staff, with a salary range of $100k–$110k and adherence to HIPAA

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5 years of related experience.
• Experience with BDD and Gherkin Scenarios for requirements definition.
• Experience working with UX Design teams.
• Experience documenting API requirements (request/response) and data mapping/transformation.
• IIBA/CBAP preferred.
• Healthcare domain knowledge and workflows for claims processing.
• Familiarity with Waterfall, Agile, SAFe methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Solicit, analyze and negotiate customer requirements; minimize defects; align customer and team on deliverables.
• Create and maintain requirements artifacts (Value Streams, Business Rules, User Stories, Gherkin scenarios, etc.).
• Apply structured analysis to ambiguous problems and facilitate decisions.
• Use data and metrics to define business value and outcomes.
• Manage multiple priorities and stakeholder relationships across teams.
• Collaborate with sponsors, end-users, devs, and others to gather requirements and obtain approvals.
• Coordinate changes and maintain traceability throughout delivery.
• Support training and mentor junior staff.
