Qualifications

• Experience creating and refining user stories and acceptance criteria in Agile environments.
• Ability to facilitate workshops and cross-functional discussions with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand, analyze, and document requirements.
• Create and refine user stories, define acceptance criteria, and support story point estimation.
• Break down large requirements into epics, features, and stories.
• Facilitate discussions between business, development, QA, architecture, and product teams.
• Analyze processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
• Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, UAT, and release activities.
• Ensure requirements are clearly communicated across all stakeholder groups.
• Act as the single point of contact for clarification and guidance.
