Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, project managers, and end users to clarify business needs.
• Translate business requirements into user stories, tasks, and actionable development requirements.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings and Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions.
• Support functional and integration testing, including test cases and user acceptance testing.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, meeting minutes, reports, and user guides.
• Support Agile delivery and different phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Manage multiple tasks and projects while meeting deadlines.
