Job summary

Tryfacta is seeking a 7640 Business Analyst (C. Advanced) for a temporary 8-month contract in Tallahassee, FL.

The role joins an agile/hybrid team, interfacing with SMEs, business offices, and technical teams to translate needs into concrete requirements and artifacts. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of analysis experience, strong knowledge of Visio and Microsoft Office, and familiarity with data migration, QA, and release management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's in a related field is required.
Five+ years of business process analysis and requirements documentation; ability to facilitate with executives.
Experience with Visio and Microsoft Office Suite; SharePoint/MS Teams collaboration; Power BI exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

Translate strategic and operational needs into actionable business and technical requirements.
Document results according to departmental standards and ensure clear communication among stakeholders.
Support modernization initiatives including remediation, migration planning, and testing coordination.
Prepare business cases and testing materials such as use cases and test cases.
Ensure documentation remains accurate throughout the development lifecycle and aligns with project goals.
