Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience in enterprise software implementation or modernization.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience analyzing Microsoft Access databases.
• Strong knowledge of relational data, tables, queries, forms, reports, VBA.

Responsibilities

• Analyze legacy Microsoft Access databases (tables, queries, forms, reports, VBA).
• Document and translate business and technical requirements for modernization.
• Map processes, workflows, financial logic, reporting, and data structures.
• Facilitate stakeholder interviews and requirements workshops.
• Collaborate across business, technical, financial, and implementation teams through migration lifecycle.
• Support project schedules, risks, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.
• Align legacy functionality with modern low-code/no-code solutions.
