Job summary

PureLogics is seeking a Business Analyst (BA) to bridge business needs and technical delivery in our software services practice. You will gather and document requirements, model processes, and ensure alignment across stakeholders throughout the SDLC, using JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and data tools like SQL, Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of BA/PM/Dev experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects within Agile,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/BA or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in roles such as Business Analyst, Project Manager, or Software Developer.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and various methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Proficiency in requirements management and visualization tools (JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Trello).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and ensure accuracy in documentation.
• Solid understanding of business processes, domain knowledge, and customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Bridge the gap between business needs and technical teams to ensure project alignment and success.
• Manage and prioritize requirements throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Conduct process modeling using UML or BPMN to visualize workflows and system interactions.
• Utilize tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Trello, and Microsoft Visio for requirement tracking and documentation.
• Analyze data using SQL, Excel, Tableau, or Power BI to support decision-making and project planning.
• Ensure smooth project execution under Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and maintain stakeholder engagement.
