Codeworks, an LRS company, seeks a Senior Business Analyst to support Brokerage and Advisory initiatives in Milwaukee, WI. You will partner with product managers, engineers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable requirements and technology solutions.

This role supports Agile delivery teams, leads requirements gathering, and helps bridge business objectives with technical delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Approximately 45+ years or more of business analysis experience.
• Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
• Experience working in Agile and Scrum delivery environments.
• Ability to analyze complex business problems and develop practical solutions.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including business, product, and technology stakeholders.
• Ability to synthesize information from multiple sources and make informed recommendations.

Responsabilités

• Partner with business stakeholders to identify needs and develop technology solutions.
• Analyze current-state processes, identify gaps, and define future-state solutions.
• Lead requirements gathering and create user stories, features, acceptance criteria, and documentation.
• Serve as subject matter expert within assigned business domains.
• Support Agile delivery teams in sprint planning, backlog refinement, testing, and validation.
• Coordinate and facilitate business testing, test planning, execution, issue resolution, and stakeholder sign-off.
• Collaborate across teams to align solutions with goals and stakeholder expectations.
• Communicate complex information to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Support process improvements and successful project delivery.
• Provide leadership and mentorship while handling complex initiatives.
