Job summary

BetaNXT, Brookfield, WI, is seeking a Senior Specialist, Business Analysis to independently drive insights and deliver requirements across moderately complex initiatives. You will partner with Finance, Risk, IT, and Compliance to translate business needs into scalable, compliant solutions that boost efficiency and decision quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis.
• Strong requirements gathering, process mapping, and data analysis.
• Knowledge of financial services products, regulatory environments, and risk management principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Visio, and data visualization tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis efforts across multiple initiatives, delivering high-quality requirements and actionable insights
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define business needs and solution approaches
• Gather, document, and validate detailed business requirements (BRDs, process maps, functional specifications)
• Analyze business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
• Translate business needs into technical requirements in partnership with IT and project teams
• Support implementation efforts by ensuring alignment between business objectives and delivered solutions
• Monitor outcomes of implemented solutions and recommend continuous improvements
• Act as a subject matter resource, providing guidance to less experienced analysts when appropriate
• Influence stakeholder alignment, timelines, and priorities across initiatives
• Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to proactively address business challenges
