Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst on software development projects.
• Proven experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban).
• Proficiency in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation techniques.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, engaging with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with user story creation, backlog management, and UAT coordination.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
