The successful candidate will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver comprehensive Software Development Life Cycle compliant documentation. This hybrid position requires four days of onsite presence per week at the facility in Richmond, Virginia, with one remote workday. The selected professional will play a vital role in ensuring that business requirements are accurately translated into functional software solutions.Key Responsibilities* Conduct project initiation activities to identify new problems, objectives, and requirements for computer applications.* Lead requirements elicitation and document user needs for new web applications and system enhancements.* Produce detailed, clear, and concise documentation that complies with established agency guidelines and standards.* Collaborate with business and technical staff during design and development scrum meetings to represent business interests.* Develop standardized processes and templates to ensure project documentation is repeatable and structured.* Write and execute comprehensive system test plans to verify that applications meet all documented requirements.* Perform manual testing on web applications and document software bugs with sufficient detail for developers to reproduce and resolve.* Assist with the creation of user acceptance testing scripts and guide business users through the testing process.* Facilitate project meetings, build consensus, and accurately document key decisions and action items.Required Qualifications**Education:** Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.**Experience:** Extensive experience in business and systems analysis, requirements documentation, and the system development life cycle. Demonstrated experience supporting application development, maintenance, and implementation within agile environments is required.**Technical Skills:** Proficiency in manual testing methodologies for web applications, agile frameworks such as Scrum, and writing test scripts.
