Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an Agile Business Analyst on IT projects.
• 5+ years using Agile methodologies: Scrum, SAFe, Kanban.
• 5+ years managing backlogs, sprint planning, and user stories.
• 5+ years gathering and documenting business and system requirements.
• 5+ years supporting multi‑tier enterprise applications; State of Virginia BA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements through stakeholder collaboration and workshops.
• Analyze business processes, create process flows and wireframes, and recommend system improvements.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to translate requirements into functional solutions.
• Manage Agile and Waterfall project artifacts, including user stories, backlogs, testing, and UAT support in Azure DevOps.
• Support enterprise application implementations by analyzing data, documenting processes, and ensuring successful system adoption.
