Must have:

1. 10+ years of experience in Business analysis
2. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Finance
3. Extensive experience as a Business Analyst for a large financial institution
4. Experience in working in an Agile environment as a Product owner
5. Excellent personal organization skills and ability to take things to closure without follow-ups
6. Leadership skills and ability to work well with diverse team members, often in multiple locations
7. Strong presentation and facilitation skills
8. Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate to all project members and stakeholders
9. Team player who works well with technical and non-technical resources
10. Extensive experience in gathering business requirements and developing functional specifications, user stories with special emphasis on use cases, acceptance criteria, test cases
11. Knowledge of business analysis best practices (such as BABOK)
12. Must be organized and good at managing deliverables, meeting notes, presentations, and other documentation communications
13. Experience with Full Lifecycle software development processes
14. Experience modeling business processes using a variety of tools and techniques (preferably BPMN)
15. Experience with Azure Dev Ops for capturing user stories
16. Experience with process-reengineering and writing SQL queries
17. Proven conceptual, analytical, and judgmental skills
18. Experience in project management is a plus
19. Experience with tools like iGrafx, PEGA, Camunda, BPM is a plus
20. CBAP, CSPO or similar certification is a plus

Responsibilities:

1. To prepare the functional specification document and ensure for completeness and storage.
2. To understand the business requirements and map it to functional specifications.
3. To participate and facilitate the walkthrough to brief the functional specification mapping to business requirements.
4. To prepare and/or aid the preparation of test cases in line with functional requirements.
5. Suggest design solutions.
