Position Summary
The Business Analyst for Managed Service Governance is responsible for ensuring that outsourced services align with business objectives, compliance requirements, and performance standards. This role involves analyzing service agreements, monitoring vendor performance, and optimizing governance frameworks to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.


Required Qualifications

3-5 years’ work experience as a Business Analyst
Problem solving and decision-making skills


Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in business analysis, service management, or governance.
Familiarity with ITIL, service management frameworks, and data analysis tools.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical thinking.



Education

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$46,988.00 - $102,000.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
