Job summary

Covenant HR is partnering with a leading North American retail solutions organization to hire a Senior Business Analyst for a remote role in the United States. You will partner with business leaders to identify process-improvement opportunities, own the enhancement pipeline from discovery through implementation, and support NetSuite ERP and related systems.

Qualifications

• Strong NetSuite ERP experience with ERP-focused background, including processes, data, configuration, requirements gathering, and process improvement.
• Experience thriving in a lean, entrepreneurial IT environment while managing multiple enhancements with minimal bureaucracy.
• Excellent communication skills to translate business needs into technical requirements and collaborate with business and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first dedicated Business Analyst supporting the client’s Applications organization.
• Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiencies.
• Own the enhancement pipeline from discovery through implementation across multiple initiatives.
• Gather, document, prioritize, and validate business and functional requirements.
• Support and enhance the NetSuite ERP environment and related business processes.
• Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver high-impact application enhancements.
• Help manage integrations between NetSuite and other enterprise applications, including Movista.
• Facilitate business process improvement initiatives focused on measurable outcomes.
• Support user acceptance testing and solution validation when needed.
• Work in a collaborative, ownership-driven environment valuing initiative and problem-solving.
• Participate in occasional project workshops and planning sessions (≈5% travel).
• Contribute to the growth and maturation of the IT Applications organization.

Must Have Skills:

• Strong functional NetSuite Business Analyst experience with an ERP-focused background, including business processes, master data, configuration, requirements gathering, and business process improvement
• Experience thriving in a lean, entrepreneurial IT environment while managing multiple enhancement initiatives with minimal bureaucracy
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and collaborate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders
• Proven ability to independently lead requirements gathering, prioritization, and multiple concurrent workstreams through successful implementation
• Active user of AI productivity tools with a demonstrated commitment to incorporating AI into day-to-day work
