The Business Analyst will gather, analyze, and document business requirements to ensure the NetSuite implementation aligns with organizational goals. This role bridges business needs with technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to gather and document functional requirements.
• Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Translate business needs into NetSuite system requirements.
• Support testing, validation, and UAT processes.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager, Developers, and Architects to ensure requirements are met.
• Provide training and documentation for end-users.

Requirements

• 3+ years of business analysis experience, preferably with ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of NetSuite modules (Finance, CRM, SCM, etc.).
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Experience with process mapping, data analysis, and requirements gathering.
• Familiarity with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk for requirement translation.
• Knowledge of insurance, manufacturing, retail, or financial service processes.
• Strong interpersonal skills for stakeholder interviews and workshops.
