PRI Global is seeking a Senior Coupa Specialist to drive implementation, optimization, and support for Coupa modules including Procurement, Sourcing, SIM, and CLM. You will design, configure, and troubleshoot Coupa solutions, partner with ERP and middleware teams, and guide adoption of new features.

The role requires 5+ years in P2P processes, 4+ years on Coupa, and strong communication skills to influence stakeholders across the organization.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) business processes and systems.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience administering and supporting the Coupa platform.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Coupa SIM.
• 3+ years of experience supporting Coupa Sourcing and Contract Lifecycle Management modules.
• Experience configuring and supporting Coupa modules: Procurement, SIM, Sourcing, Contracting.
• Experience integrations between Coupa and ERP, middleware, and third-party apps via APIs, cXML, or flat-files.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex applications and perform root cause analysis; robust testing support.

• Coupa Technical Architecture Certification preferred.
• Experience with Coupa Sourcing, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLMA), and Analytics modules preferred.
• Familiarity with WalkMe or similar digital adoption platforms is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) business processes and systems.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience administering and supporting the Coupa platform.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Coupa Supplier Information Management (SIM).
• 3+ years of experience supporting Coupa Sourcing and Contract Lifecycle Management modules.
• Demonstrated experience configuring and supporting various Coupa modules, including Procurement, SIM, Sourcing, and Contracting.
• Experience designing, implementing, and supporting integrations between Coupa and ERP, middleware, and third-party applications using APIs, cXML, and/or flat-file interfaces.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex application and operational issues, perform root cause analysis, and support testing activities, including unit, integration, user acceptance, and regression testing.
• Demonstrated expertise serving as a Coupa Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing guidance on platform capabilities, solution design, system optimization, and adoption of new features and functionality.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions and process improvements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Working knowledge of Robotic Process Automation (RPA), workflow automation tools, and process optimization techniques, with the ability to identify and recommend automation opportunities.
• Ability to work independently while effectively managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
