Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders across all levels to understand their needs and translate them into requirements.
• Develop and implement new systems and processes, focusing on mortgage lending and integrations.
• Lead testing and QA to ensure successful implementation of systems and enhancements.
• Create and maintain documentation such as business requirements, functional specs, and user guides.
• Analyze business operations and performance to identify improvement opportunities.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends to drive innovation and improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in tech services.
• Extensive experience with mortgage lending and integrations.
• Strong knowledge of development processes and methodologies.
• Experience with testing and QA, detail-oriented.
• Understanding of REST API and API integrations.
• Excellent analytical skills for interpreting complex data.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Creative problem-solving skills.
• Professional certification in Business Analysis is a plus.
