RxCCR Services ensures that data is entered in the right database from the Source of Truth (SOT). RxCCR is the SOT for many downstream applications that include Advocate Central, PAS, and OBAPI.

Primary Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain, and support programming enhancements related to an internal software product
• Design, develop, maintain, and support reports, dashboards, scorecards, and metrics for the software product
• Identify, create project plans, code, and implement software enhancements
• Support documentation and training team
• Produce and publish scheduled reports, dashboards, and metrics based on defined schedules
• Provide explanations for reporting results as necessary
• Assess, interpret, and document customer needs and business requirements
• Collaborate and communicate with internal and external customers
• Solves complex problems and/or conducts moderately complex analyses
• Works with minimal guidance; seeks guidance on only the most complex tasks
• Translates concepts into practice via design, coding, and maintenance of assigned software
• Comfortable with SQL, Oracle, Mongo to run complex queries and scenarios
• Acts as a technical resource

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a data analyst, business analyst or similar analyst role
• 2+ years of SQL Server experience, including creating queries, joins and stored procedures
• 2+ years of experience in Object Oriented programming
• 1+ years of experience in reporting, dashboards
• Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Access, Word, and PowerPoint
• Advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel; ability to write complex formulas
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Intermediate level of programming knowledge (C#, VBA, Visual basic scripting)
• Experience or exposure to Mongo database
• Knowledge of API’s
• Experience documenting technical requirements and processes/procedure
• Experience working in XML, JSON documents
• Experience with Alteryx and/or Power BI
• Experience with relational databases
• Experience with healthcare terminology and/or systems

The salary range for this role is $71,600 to $140,600 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
