How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Professional Business Analyst certification.
- Knowledge of healthcare domain, Claims Processing, Financial Systems, and/or Healthcare Information Technology.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and analysis tools such as Visio, Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
- Experience creating workflows, user stories, and post-production support documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple deliverables in fast-paced and high-pressure situations.
