Job Responsibilities

• Work closely with stakeholders across all levels of the organization to understand their business needs and translate them into functional and non-functional requirements.
• Drive the development and implementation of new systems and processes to enhance our business operations, with a focus on mortgage lending and integrations.
• Lead testing and QA processes to ensure successful implementation of new systems and enhancements, resolving issues as they arise.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, and user guides.
• Analyze business operations and performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and strategic initiatives.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure mutual understanding and alignment.
• Stay updated with industry trends to foster innovation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years experience as a business analyst, preferably in tech services.
• Extensive experience with mortgage lending and system integrations.
• Strong knowledge of development processes and methodologies.
• Proven testing and QA experience with attention to detail.
• Solid understanding of REST API and API concepts.
• Excellent analytical skills for interpreting complex data and deriving insights.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Creative problem-solving skills for complex business challenges.
• Professional Business Analysis certification is a plus.
