Vscore Inc. in Sacramento, CA seeks an experienced Business Analyst to drive cross-functional projects from ideation to implementation. You will gather requirements, document use cases, and model processes to align stakeholders and deliverables.

You will apply SDLC and Agile practices, run requirements elicitation sessions, manage scope changes, and communicate status with senior leadership.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with increasing responsibility in project coordination, process improvement, or systems implementation.
• Proven experience working on cross-functional projects involving multiple business and technical teams.
• Demonstrated success in requirements management, business process re-engineering, and stakeholder engagement.
• Expertise in requirements elicitation, gap analysis, use case documentation, and process modeling
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Proficiency with BA and PM tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Visio, Lucidchart, Excel, Power BI)
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables while aligning resources and timelines for optimal project execution.
• Regularly reviewing task progress, adjusting timelines as needed, and ensuring all stakeholders are informed of key milestones and potential delays.
• Tracking project performance against established baselines, analyzing variances, and facilitating change requests to ensure that project goals are still achievable.
