Top Prospect Group is seeking a Business Analyst to partner with business and IT teams, improving processes, gathering requirements, and supporting technology initiatives. This role suitsSomeone who enjoys solving business challenges, coordinating projects, and working in a collaborative Agile environment.

It is FT and Direct Hire with remote work. Key responsibilities include documenting requirements, facilitating meetings, and creating dashboards and user guides.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst experience.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Visio, Teams, SharePoint, and project management tools such as Smartsheet, Asana, or MS Project.

Responsabilidades

• Gather and document business requirements and process improvements.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify operational needs and recommend solutions.
