Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Project Analyst to support enterprise-wide projects by bridging business needs with technical solutions. This role partners with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes, define requirements, and ensure solutions deliver measurable value. The ideal candidate will have strong business analysis skills, solution management experience, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

About the Role:

• Business Analysis & Requirements – Elicit, document, and validate business needs, workflows, and requirements; translate them into actionable solutions that align with strategic objectives.
• Solution Management – Partner with business and technical teams to evaluate solution options, support vendor assessments (RFPs, risk reviews), and ensure solutions align with business goals.
• Stakeholder Consulting – Collaborate with business and IT partners to resolve conflicts, prioritize needs, and recommend process improvements that drive efficiency.
• Readiness & Adoption – Support change management, user adoption, and business unit readiness activities to ensure smooth implementation of projects.
• Governance & Compliance – Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

Salary Range: The salary for this position is $90,000 - $105,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
