MasterApp Labs LLC is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and a technical development team in a hybrid Lansing-based setting. The contractor will lead requirements sessions, manage change-lifecycle tasks, and keep the project on schedule with clear status reporting.

Applicants should have 5+ years in complex IT web apps, strong liaison and BA experience, and be adept with Azure DevOps, SharePoint, Salesforce, and MS Dynamics 365.

Competenze

• Exposure to complex IT web applications within the past 5 years.
• Experience liaising between development teams, project managers and business clients in software projects.
• Experience as a business analyst supporting software development projects in the past 5 years.
• Ability to lead meetings, conduct trainings, and present to varied audiences.
• Experience with Azure DevOps.

Job Title: Senior Business Analyst

Location: Lansing, MI, (Hybrid)-Onsite from day 1, two days a week. Mondays and Tuesdays onsite.

Position Type: Contract

Interview Mode: MS Teams

Tasks:

1. Facilitates meetings with the technical team and business client.
2. Gathers requirements and project specifications by leading requirement sessions independently
3. Manage project tasks, timelines, and communication between business product owner and development team associated with the Change Management lifecycle
4. Provide management with information such as project status reports and resource demand projections.
5. Maintain backlog of work items & track sprints and ticket progress in Azure DevOps
6. Ensures the team is adhering to the department change management policies

Required Skills:

• Experience in a role, as a business analyst, supporting a software development project, in the past 5 years - Required – 3+ Years
• Ability to lead meetings, conduct training & information sessions, communicate at a level appropriate to the audience, make oral and written reports and presentations - Required – 3+ Years
• Experience with Azure DevOps - Required – 1+ Years
