Generate reports summarizing workforce costs, salary expenses, benefits, and key financial insights to support strategic decision-making.Monitor employee turnover, retention trends, and hiring efficiency to optimize workforce planning and improve talent management.Conduct compensation analysis by benchmarking salaries, assessing pay equity, and optimizing total rewards strategies.Develop HR budgeting and forecasting models to predict workforce expenses and align with corporate financial planning.Leverage HR data analytics tools to create dashboards and reports that provide insights for workforce planning, talent management, and operational decision-making.Improve and standardize data collection and reporting frameworks to enhance accuracy, collaboration, and efficiency.Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive positioning to identify opportunities and risks affecting business strategy.Evaluate production efficiency and cost structures to optimize supply chain, procurement, and resource allocation.Develop predictive models and business intelligence insights for sales forecasting, profitability analysis, and HR budgeting.Conduct M&A research and due diligence to support corporate growth strategies and investment decisions.

Minimum Requirements:

. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or a related field. Two (2) years of experience in the job offered or related analyst position. Work experience to include:

• 1 year of using SQL, Python, or a similar programming language
• 1 year of experience with business intelligence tools, such as Tableau or Power BI)
• 1 year of experience with Applied data analytics
• 1 year of experience with JD Edwards (JDE) in financial operations and overhead
• Accounting for operational analysis

Any and all experience may be gained concurrently.40hrs./wk.
