The role requires evaluating site costs, managing resources, and supporting ROI analysis for capital investments, with strong data analysis and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Must have a Degree in Business Management or Accounting.
• Must have the ability to analyze large amounts of data and summarize into detail presentations for management.
• Perform cost benefit analyst
• Identify waste and the opportunity for cost reductions
• Provides detailed analytical reporting to management
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Ability to adapt in a fast-moving and changing culture
• Strong interpersonal skills with the proven ability to build and establish rapport with a diverse array of people
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in order to meet individual goals and deadlines.
• Ability to work as part of a team and display a positive attitude for this dynamic environment

• 3+ years of experience as a business analyst, cost accounting or industrial engineer
• Experience with Oracle ERP desired
