Job summary

Luxoft is seeking a Business Analyst to join our investment management and financial technology efforts in Southern California. You will work with a major client to document requirements, design solutions, and ensure alignment across stakeholders and developers.

Responsibilities include collecting business needs, coordinating with teams, maintaining documentation, and validating that delivered software meets specifications.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of relational databases (Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server).
• Creation of physical and logical data models.
• Understanding of integration patterns (REST API, ETL, Topics).
• Knowledge of JSON and XML formats.
• Knowledge of UML.
• Experience with Fixed Income domain.
• Advanced spoken and written English.
• Strong team communication with stakeholders.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Superior analytical thinking.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with financial markets, trading and investment management.
• Understanding of testing methodology and Agile SDLC.
