Description

The Digital Modernization Sector is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to work onsite in Woodlawn, MD, five days a week.

Note: This position requires onsite work in Woodlawn, MD, five days a week.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

1. Work with advanced technical principles, theories, and concepts.
2. Address complex technical problems and develop innovative solutions.
3. Collaborate with highly experienced technical resources.
4. Work with project teams and stakeholders to define, analyze, and document requirements for ServiceNow processes or improvements.
5. Coordinate with the ServiceNow development team to validate solutions.
6. Assist other Business Analysts on the project team.
7. Develop procedures, manuals, and documentation as needed.
8. Create User Stories based on stakeholder requirements.
9. Document current and future processes and workflows.
10. Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validation activities.
11. Support the Project Management Team as needed.
12. Perform other duties as assigned.

Education & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of experience in a training-related field; additional experience may substitute for degree.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Disaster Recovery / Business Continuity.
• At least 5 years of experience designing and building business processes.
• 3 years of experience creating process flow documentation.
• Understanding of Agile software development practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills.

Required Skills:

• Solid Business Analyst experience.
• Knowledge of infrastructure platforms.

Desired Skills:

• Experience with ServiceNow BCM and/or IRM modules.
• ServiceNow Certification.
• Previous government experience.
