Rate: $65/hr

Duration: 12 Months +

Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst (Technical) for a long-term contract opportunity with our client Actual. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience working as a Business Analyst in a technical capacity, with a strong background in Agile methodologies and business process documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and define business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless implementation of solutions.
• Create clear, concise documentation including business requirements, use cases, and process flows.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions that deliver value.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 7+ years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst in a technical environment.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Agile methodologies.
• Strong understanding of SDLC processes and documentation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:

• 1+ year experience working with use cases.
• 1+ year of process documentation experience.
• 100% Remote – Candidates must be located in or near Austin, TX for potential occasional onsite meetings.
