Job summary

Visionaire Partners seeks a Senior Business Analyst for Enterprise Financial Systems in Atlanta. You will bridge executive strategy with technical execution across budgeting, forecasting, and reporting platforms.

You will own the product backlog in an Agile environment, define clear user stories, map data flows and integrations, and drive UAT with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery. Remote-friendly with in-office days as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong backlog grooming, story mapping, and refinement capabilities.

Senior Business Analyst – Enterprise Financial Systems

Seeking a Senior Business Operations Analyst to drive a mission-critical financial systems initiative. You will bridge executive strategy and technical execution across core financial planning and enterprise platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional workshops to define requirements for budgeting, forecasting, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
• Own product backlog management within an Agile ALM framework—authoring clear epics, features, and user stories with precise acceptance criteria.
• Map current- and future-state workflows, data pipelines, and platform integrations.
• Partner with engineering leads and project managers during Sprint and PI Planning to align technical delivery with business objectives.
• Drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT), partnering with stakeholders to validate solution delivery and resolve issues.

What We’re Looking For

• 6+ years as a Business Systems Analyst managing end-to-end SDLC in Agile environments.
• Deep experience gathering requirements for core corporate finance solutions.
• Expertise in backlog grooming, story mapping, and requirement refinement within Agile management tools.
• Strong capability in business process design, data flow mapping, and systems integration concepts (APIs, reporting models).
• Consultative mindset with exceptional stakeholder communication skills.
• Must pass a background check.

Position Details

• Type: 3–4 Month Contract (Potential to extend/convert)
• Location: Northwest Atlanta. You can work most of the time remotely; however, you must be available to come into the office up to 2 days a week for meetings and workshops as needed.
